Refund policy

Mymink | Boutique will gladly accept returns of most of the items within 3 days after the item was received (unless otherwise stated in item description). Shipping cost will not be refunded. All returned items should be sent with the delivery confirmation and tracking number. It is your responsibility to insure return shipping. The refund will not be processed if the item wasn't delivered back to us or if the item was altered in any way. Please note that for layaway items there is 10% restocking fee as items are out of market for longer period of time.
PLEASE NOTE: MyMink Boutique can't offer warranty or extended service for any sold items. We sell vintage, used pieces and can't predict what is going to happen to them in their lifetime. Buyer has 3 days to inspect the item, take it to the jeweler of the choice and make a decision.
