Returns
MyMink | Boutique will gladly accept requests for return of most items within 3 business days from receipt of the item, and if the return is authorized by us, returns will require a shipping confirmation within 2 business days from date of the return authorization. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
All returned items should be sent with a tracking number and signature required (USPS, UPS and FedEx all offer this service). It is your responsibility to insure the package for loss or damages. Refunds will not be processed if there is no proof of delivery of the return item to us.
All items should be returned in their original condition. Returns will not be granted if the item was altered in any way. All paperwork and ring boxes must also be returned with the item. There is 10% restocking fee for returned Layaway items.
PLEASE NOTE: MyMink | Boutique does not warranty or offer extended service for any sold items. We sell vintage, used pieces and cannot predict what is going to happen to them during their lifetime. Once received, we encourage buyers to inspect the item or take it to a jeweler of their choice for evaluation. Any requests to return an item must be made to MyMink | Boutique (using the "Contact Us" form) within 3 business days from receipt of the item, and if the return is authorized by us, returns will require a shipping confirmation within 2 business days from date of the return authorization.
